The road that they walked on is paved in gold...

What an exciting morning. A bug in the new software caused all the control tables to corrupt, gone.. Instant chaos! All is well again. Nice little adrenaline surge for the morning. My list of things to do: Online insurance access for three new employees, two in registration, one in reception, Update to 20 CPTs to Conversion Factor 70 for 2006 RVU, Hundreds of letters to small insurance companies for address change, backup log, coordinate with Dr. Darby for Database upgrade on Thursday, train business office staff on electronic remit, bail out coder for charge entry.....Oh, and MONTH END!!!!! Never a dull moment.

I'm on the phone with Frank right now listening to him get her cheesy eggs for breakfast. She is being an overly energetic three year old. In the background I can hear huge Oak trees being cut down in the yard a couple courts over.

Word(s) of the day: QUALITY PARK

Lexie log: I haven't watched the tumbling video Daddy and Grammy took yesterday, but I'm looking forward to it. -- Lexie and Thumper got their picture posted on the website PortlandPooch.com, here it is, unless the link gets old... Lexie and Thumper. Cute.

Today I'm grateful for Frank and Lexie, Mom and Dad, backup tapes, music, purses, books and stories, plastic, purple, water, and life
